Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Stomach Pain Along With Negative UPT?
Oh help me i need to know if im pregnant i feel symptoms but the tests say negative i have stomachaches when i stand up and walk it travels down to the uterus and its a sharp pain but its tingly it hurts real bad i crave things i pee alot im so moody my breasts hurt in the top of them when i walk some where and get to the place i want i get out of breath i need some real help ive been searching for 2 weeks help me please thank you.

See , sometimes UPT can give a false negative result , that means one can be pregnant even though UPT shows negative result. As the signs you are showing can be corelated to pregnancy , you should confirm the pregnancy by getting USG done. (Or you can simply repeat UPT first before getting USG done).
